01 — ai automation, by an operator

AI automation that respects your operations.

Small businesses run on manual work that shouldn't exist — missed follow-ups, copy-paste between tools, reporting that takes hours. I build automations that eliminate those bottlenecks. Operator background. Compliance lens. Built to last.

Compliance-aware automation · NIST & SOC 2 informed · Built to last

Services

AI Agents & Voice Agents

Leads qualified, FAQs handled, tickets routed, calls answered — without adding headcount. Built on your knowledge base, wired into your existing stack, and monitored after launch.

Workflow Automation

Onboarding, invoicing, reporting, follow-ups, data sync — running automatically, end-to-end. Built with retry logic, logging, and documentation so nothing fails silently.

CRM & Sales Operations

Lead capture, qualification, pipeline hygiene, and reporting that actually reflects reality. Built by someone who's run a sales team, not just integrated one.

Compliance-Aware Builds

For businesses operating under SOC 2, HIPAA, or NIST-aligned frameworks. Automation designed with audit trails, access controls, and security in mind — because retrofitting compliance later is more expensive than getting it right upfront.

02 — process

From scattered to dependable, in four phases.

1

Discover.

I learn your operations, tools, and bottlenecks — and define the actual problem before proposing a solution. Identify what's costing you hours and what's quietly leaking revenue.

2

Quick wins.

I ship the highest-ROI automation first — usually within the first week. Every engagement defines what success looks like upfront: time saved, errors reduced, revenue recovered.

3

Build.

Production-ready automation across your stack — wired together, documented, and tested.

4

Maintain.

Monitoring, fixes, and optimization as your operations grow. Automation isn't fire-and-forget. I treat it like infrastructure.

03 — about

A different kind of automation builder.

You know the feeling. Half your day disappears into work that should run itself. Copying the same info between tools, chasing a lead that went quiet because nobody followed up in time, doing the stuff a computer should handle so you can focus on the work only you can do.

I'm Zalman, and that's the problem I build around.

I spent over a decade in operations, sales, and customer service, so I've lived that grind from the inside. These days I build software. By day I'm shipping apps, and on the side I run GrifTech, where I build AI automation for businesses that are tired of doing everything by hand.

I'm not a career coder, and honestly that's the point. AI handles the heavy lifting on the code now. What it can't do is understand your business well enough to know what's actually worth building. That's what I bring. I learned it the hard way, on the front lines, not in a classroom. So when I build something for you, I'm not guessing at the problem. I've lived it, and I know how to fix it.

And when you work with GrifTech, you work with me. No rotating team, no getting passed off to someone who's never talked to you. Just one person who gets the work and knows how to build for it.

I build for day 90, not day 1.
